Mineral compress: heat mineral water to 40-50 degrees, soak a small towel in it and place it on your face and neck for 20-30 minutes. Compresses are made in 10 procedures. They help to get rid of puffiness, enrich the skin with useful substances and make it soft.
Face and body rejuvenating mask
It is a mandatory item in any home skin rejuvenation program. The mask, which is in contact with the skin for 10-20 minutes, helps to saturate the epidermis with nutrients and vitamins. Bath with essential oils: in water at a comfortable temperature, dilute 3 tablespoons of sea salt or table salt, to which are added 5 drops of essential oils of grapefruit, orange and patchouli. Shower for 15-20 minutes.
Clay bath: Take 400 grams of blue or white clay and dissolve it in warm water. Shower for 15-20 minutes, then take a warm shower without soap or gel.
Orange juice bath: Pour 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice into warm bath water. After such a bath, you do not need to rinse it.
Bath with herbs: 50 grams of stalks and leaves of Chinese magnolia grapes, 15 grams of chamomile flowers, pour 500 milliliters of boiling water and let stand for 15 minutes. Strain the infusion and pour it into a warm bath. Take 15-20 minutes.
